Kay has served the Houston real estate market since 1981, beginning as the owner of a brokerage firm, and has been an affiliated broker with RE/MAX since February, 1993. While earning her BBA in marketing at Ole Miss, she completed her real estate courses and interned at a local real estate office in Oxford, MS. Soon after graduation she relocated to Houston and worked in the title insurance industry for four years. She obtained her Texas real estate brokerage license in 1982.

In addition to running her own business, Kay dedicates much of her time in giving back to the community that has given so much to her. She is the founder and chairs the annual RE/MAX - Houstonian Miracle Sports Fest, benefiting patients at Memorial Hermann Children's hospital through the Children's Miracle Network.

The KK Referral Team operates a "By Referral Only" business philosophy and commitment to their clients. They are totally committed to providing their clients a world-class level of service that exceeds their expectations. By choosing to work by referral instead of spending the majority of their time constantly looking for business from the general public, they can focus on giving their clients the special level of care and consideration that they deserve. It's great way to do business and you'll appreciate the difference!

Kay's Team

Bob Robbins
Inspection & Repair Coordinator
CLC Construction Enterprises

We are constantly striving to develop new ways to better serve our clients. Quality of service and a good product at a reasonable cost is not our goal, it is our expectation. We are excited to announce that we have added a new member to our team. Who is this new team member? It is CLC Enterprises, AKA Bob Robbins, my husband. CLC is the remodeling arm of the KK Referral Team. We have noticed during the past year or two that many of our clients had difficulty in finding assistance in their remodeling needs. The costs were too exorbitant, the quality of workmanship was missing, and/or the contractors seemed to be apathetic in fulfilling our client’s needs. Bob and I decided that my clients deserved better than that. While remodeling our own home, we discovered five individuals that took pride in their work. It wasn’t easy finding these men. Bob is a perfectionist to say the least, so we hired and fired several people until we found people that were compatible with Bob’s ideas on how a job should be done. We have a tile setter, two painters, and two carpenters at our disposal. They do work for us on a lumpsum contract basis, so you will always be aware of what your costs are. We put our ideas "to the test" this past year on a limited basis with a few of my clients. Everyone seems to be delighted with our work, so we have decided to expand our operation to include all of our clients (or friends of our clients) who may have remodeling needs. Our expectation is to provide good, quality work at an affordable price. Should you need help with any home projects this year, don’t forget to call us. We would be happy to help rejuvenate your home.
To discuss your needs you can reach Bob at 713-461-8138 x144

Kay initiated the RE/MAX - Houstonian Miracle SportsFest and chaired it in 1998,1999 and 2001.  This event has raised over $100,000 during the past two years for the Children's Miracle Network, benefiting Hermann Children's Hospital. The KKReferral Team devoted endless time and effort knocking on doors to obtain corporate sponsors and making this event a huge success. CMN is an international non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds for and awareness of children's hospitals.

Kay again is chairing the 2002 Miracle Sports Fest, being held at the Houstonian.  The event includes swimming and a biathlon, as well as tennis and golf tournaments, and an aerobics bench class. Please give us a call or email if you are interested in participating or becoming a sponsor for the Miracle Sports Fest.
